From an Iranian healthcare professional. I couldn’t understand the words but it doesn’t matter as it’s the visuals that make the point about the bits of the hands it’s easy to miss.

Stay at home, if you can

Every individual has a part to play in stopping transmission. This video wasn’t designed for this purpose, but makes the point quite nicely about breaking the chain of transmission through social distancing.
